A dry, light, fresh rosé with low soft tannins and pink peach hues.
 
Nose: Citrus and honeysuckle with the acidity of Grapefruit and light berry on the nose.
Palate: Dry with a balanced acidity with hints of melon, peach and citrus flavors on the mid and back palate.
Finish: A crisp mineral finish with green apple peach and lime peel citrus notes enjoyed through a long finish.
Foods: Grilled fish, Thai noodle dishes, glazed ham, chicken dishes with a creamy sauce.
Pair with Cato Corner Bloomsday or Aged Bloomsday.
