Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: February 14, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Priam Vineyards website, purchase of tickets or products, and entry onto property owned or operated by Priam Vineyards, Winiarski Family Vineyards, and Winiarski Family Properties (collectively, “Priam Vineyards,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By purchasing tickets, placing orders, accessing the website, or entering the premises, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use our services or enter the property.
1. Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age to purchase alcohol or attend alcohol-related events.
You represent and warrant that you meet all applicable legal requirements.
2. Incorporation of Policies
The following policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference:
• Event Refund & Attendance Policy
• Alcohol Consumption & Guest Conduct Policy
• Farm Premises & Liability Acknowledgment
Violation of any policy may result in removal without refund.
3. Inspection & Prohibited Items
No outside beverages of any kind are permitted unless expressly authorized in writing.
Priam Vineyards reserves the right to inspect bags, containers, coolers, and personal items brought onto the premises.
Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or removal without refund.
4. Assumption of Risk
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with:
• Agricultural and outdoor conditions
• Uneven terrain and natural surfaces
• Alcohol consumption
• Weather conditions
• Live entertainment
• Third-party vendors
You accept full responsibility for your safety and for those in your care.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Priam Vineyards shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or ticket giving rise to the claim.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Priam Vineyards from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:
• Your negligence
• Your misconduct
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law
7. Mandatory Pre-Dispute Notice
Before initiating any legal action, arbitration, or chargeback, you must provide written notice of your claim to:

You must allow Priam Vineyards thirty (30) days to investigate and attempt resolution.
Failure to provide written notice prior to initiating proceedings constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
8. Mandatory Mediation
If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, the parties agree to participate in confidential mediation in Connecticut before initiating arbitration.
Costs of mediation shall be shared equally.
9. Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, ticket purchases, product purchases, or premises entry shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Connecticut under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive the right to file a lawsuit in court except for claims eligible for small claims court.
10. Class Action Waiver
You agree that disputes will be conducted on an individual basis only.
You waive the right to:
• Participate in class actions
• Consolidate claims
• Act in a representative capacity
11. Jury Trial Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you knowingly and voluntarily waive the right to a jury trial.
12. One-Year Limitation Period
Any claim arising from your purchase, attendance, or website use must be brought within one (1) year from the date of the event or transaction.
Failure to file within one year permanently bars the claim.
13. Attorney’s Fees
If Priam Vineyards prevails in any arbitration or legal action, you agree to reimburse all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred in defense of the claim.
14. Chargebacks
Initiating a payment dispute without first complying with the pre-dispute notice requirement may result in:
• Permanent restriction from future purchases
• Submission of documentation to the issuing financial institution
• Recovery of associated costs and fees
15. Alcohol Compliance
Priam Vineyards complies with Connecticut Dram Shop statutes.
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest at our sole discretion.
16. Force Majeure
Priam Vineyards shall not be liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Severe weather
• Government action
• Public health emergencies
• Supply chain disruption
• Performer cancellation
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
Any non-arbitrable claims shall be brought exclusively in Connecticut courts.
18. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
19. Modification
Priam Vineyards may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Priam Vineyards is committed to quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of wine, alcohol regulations, and shipping conditions, all returns and refunds are subject to the following terms.
1. Wine Purchases (On-Site & General)
All wine sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on taste preference or for opened bottles.
If you believe a bottle is flawed (e.g., corked or otherwise compromised), please contact us within 7 days of purchase with:
• Proof of purchase • Bottle details (wine and vintage) • Description of the issue
At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
2. Online Orders & Wine Shipments
Due to federal and state alcohol laws, shipped wine is generally non-returnable.
If your order arrives:
• Damaged • Broken • Incorrect
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may require:
• Photos of the packaging • Photos of the product • Retention of original packaging
Approved claims may result in:
• Replacement shipment • Store credit • Refund (at our discretion)
Failure to report issues within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.
3. Shipping Carrier & Damage Claims
Priam Vineyards utilizes UPS as a primary shipping carrier for wine deliveries.
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, it is subject to handling and transportation conditions outside of our direct control. However, we remain committed to ensuring that your order arrives safely and as intended.
If your shipment is damaged, lost, or compromised in transit:
• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery • We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue • We may request photos of the packaging and product to support the claim
Approved claims will be handled by Priam Vineyards, and we will make every reasonable effort to:
• Replace the damaged or missing items • Expedite a replacement shipment when possible • Ensure your order is fulfilled as quickly as conditions allow
Customers should not file claims directly with the shipping carrier unless instructed by Priam Vineyards.
Resolution timelines may vary based on carrier response and claim processing requirements.
4. Weather & Temperature Conditions
Wine is sensitive to temperature fluctuations.
Customers assume risk for heat or cold damage during shipping unless temperature-controlled shipping or insurance is selected (if offered).
Priam Vineyards reserves the right to delay shipment during extreme weather conditions to protect product quality.
5. Delivery Requirements
Wine shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.
If delivery fails due to:
• No one available to sign • Incorrect address • Refusal of delivery
The customer is responsible for:
• Reshipment fees • Return shipping costs • Applicable handling fees
6. Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier and a signature has been obtained, the order is considered fulfilled.
Priam Vineyards is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
If you believe a delivery was made in error, please contact us promptly. We will assist in working with the carrier to investigate the issue, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring someone 21 years of age is available to receive the delivery.
7. Local Pickup & Delivery
Orders selected for pickup must be collected within a reasonable timeframe after notification.
Local delivery orders are considered final sale upon delivery.
If there is an issue with a local order, you must notify us within 24 hours.
8. Merchandise (Non-Wine Items)
Unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be:
• In original condition • In original packaging • Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
• Opened wine • Wine shipments once delivered (except verified damage) • Event tickets • Gift cards • Discounted or clearance items • Custom or bundled products
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges and processing fees are non-refundable.
11. Right to Refuse Returns
Priam Vineyards reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that:
• Does not meet the conditions outlined above • Is reported outside required timeframes • Appears fraudulent or abusive • Violates alcohol shipping laws

Welcome to Priam Vineyards, a Winiarski Family Vineyard. Priam Vineyards, Winiarski Family Vineyards, and Winiarski Family Properties (collectively referred to as “Priam Vineyards” or “the Vineyard”) operate as a working farm winery committed to providing safe, welcoming, and memorable experiences for our guests.
The following policies apply to public attendance and ticketed events.
I. Event Refund & Attendance Policy
(Public Ticketed Events Only)
This policy applies to all publicly ticketed events hosted at Priam Vineyards. Weddings, private events, and contracted rentals are governed by separate written agreements.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Refund Eligibility
• Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the event start time are eligible for a refund, minus processing fees. • Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
Credit Option
Cancellations within 72 hours may, at management discretion, receive event credit valid for 60 days. Credits have no cash value.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another guest at no charge.
Illness & Emergencies
Requests are reviewed case-by-case. Approved accommodations are issued as event credit only.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend without notice results in forfeiture of ticket value.
Concerts & Large Outdoor Events
All sales are final. If an event is canceled by Priam Vineyards, ticket holders will receive a refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date.
Weather delays or artist substitutions do not qualify for refunds.
Weather & Force Majeure
Events are rain or shine. Priam Vineyards reserves the right to modify or cancel events due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Processing Fees
Online processing fees are non-refundable.
Chargebacks
Priam Vineyards reserves the right to refuse future ticket purchases from individuals who initiate payment disputes without first contacting us.
II. Alcohol Consumption & Guest Conduct Policy
Priam Vineyards is committed to maintaining a safe and responsible environment for all guests.
By entering the premises, guests agree to the following:
Age & Identification
• Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcohol. • Valid government-issued identification is required. • Priam Vineyards reserves the right to refuse alcohol service at any time.
Responsible Alcohol Service
Priam Vineyards complies with all Connecticut liquor laws and Connecticut Dram Shop statutes.
• Service may be refused to any guest who appears intoxicated. • Intoxicated or disruptive individuals may be removed from the premises without refund. • Guests are responsible for monitoring their own alcohol consumption.
Outside Beverages Prohibited
No outside beverages of any kind are permitted on the premises unless explicitly authorized in writing by Priam Vineyards management.
This includes:
• Alcoholic beverages • Water bottles • Coolers • Tumblers or insulated containers • Non-alcoholic drinks
Outside food is permitted unless otherwise stated for specific events.
This policy is strictly enforced to comply with state liquor regulations and ensure guest safety.
Inspection & Enforcement
Priam Vineyards reserves the right to inspect bags, coolers, containers, or other items brought onto the property.
Items found to violate this policy may be confiscated or guests may be required to remove such items from the premises.
Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or removal without refund.
Guest Conduct
Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, performers, vendors, and other patrons.
The following may result in removal without refund:
• Disorderly conduct • Harassment • Threatening behavior • Property damage • Failure to follow staff instructions
Priam Vineyards reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest at its sole discretion.
III. Farm Premises & Liability Acknowledgment
Priam Vineyards operates as a working farm winery.
Guests acknowledge natural outdoor conditions including uneven terrain, gravel, wildlife, agricultural equipment, and weather-related hazards.
Guests voluntarily assume risks associated with navigating farm property.
Guests agree to exercise reasonable care and supervise children at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Priam Vineyards shall not be liable for injuries arising from natural conditions, guest negligence, or third-party actions.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Priam Vineyards for claims arising from their own negligence or misconduct.
Connecticut Recreational Land Use Acknowledgment
To the extent applicable under Connecticut General Statutes § 52-557f et seq., certain liability protections may apply to land made available for recreational use.
Nothing in this policy expands liability beyond what is provided by law.
Photography & Media
By entering the premises or attending public events, guests consent to photography and video capture for marketing purposes unless written notice is provided in advance.
