Varietals: Seyval Blanc and Chardonel
A semi-sweet white that’s basically sunshine in a glass—peach, lychee, and citrus do a zesty little dance with apple and honeydew, then bow out with a crisp, refreshing goodbye. Perfect for shellfish, summer salads, or just sipping like it’s a vacation Tuesday.
 
Nose: A beautiful straw nose with Peach, fresh honeydew melon, and hints of vanilla bean andhoneysuckle.
Palate: A gentle citrus sweetness with a tart sharp apple acidity on the sides of the tongue. Start of lychee, tangerine, ginger & hints of honey, transitions to a full citrus mouth-feel. A very refreshing dance of floral & crisp citrus.
Finish: Fresh, clean mineral acidity with a lingering and green apple & lemon flavor.
Foods: Shellfish, pork or grilled chicken or a summer salad.
Pair with Cato Corner: Celeste or Gossamer.
