    NOSE: Raspberry, cherry compote with nuance of rhubarb, black cherry, mint.

     

    PALATE: Delicately light with a full mouth feel & round juicy tannins. Bright cherry, blackberry with hints of vanilla & soft toasted coconut.

     

    FINISH: Delicate & soft, with lingering red fruit. Very easy drinking.

     

    FOODS: Curried cauliflower, BBQ, lamb, Ribeye Steak.
