Please join Kathy Monte and Misty Ganoe for what will be a deeply nourishing evening at the beautiful Priam Vineyards. A moment to release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself deeply through gentle movement, breath, and sacred sound.

Kathy will be offering gentle stretches, breath work, and guided awareness. Misty will be weaving the magic of sound to profoundly deepen your sense of calm, using crystal singing bowls, chimes, along with other soothing instruments throughout the entire experience.

This will be a beautiful autumn evening of centered, calm connection and we look forward to spending it with you!

What to bring: Comfort is key here. Please bring your yoga mat, and as many blankets and pillows you need to create your "rest nest". This event will be held outside if weather permits so think "warm and cozy". The more the better!
