Join Dana St Pierre and Misty Ganoe of Twisted Dog Yoga at the beautiful Priam Vineyards for an event where deep rest meets healing vibrations.

Dana will guide you through gentle movement and Yoga Nidra to release tension, settle you into a state of deep rest, and prepare the body for blissful stillness. The session will then flow seamlessly as Misty weaves in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, along with other soothing instruments that will profoundly deepen your sense of calm. This will be a beautiful evening of centered, calm connection and we look forward to spending it with you!

What to bring:

Comfort is key here. Please bring your yoga mat, and as many blankets and pillows you need to create your “rest nest”. This event will be held outside so depending on the weather, think “warm and cozy”.
