Oz'NBones BBQ serves up authentic and artisan BBQ from their food truck and brick-and-mortar restaurant in downlown Colchester!

Grown out of Chris’s passion for cooking and especially for authentic southern BBQ, the couple fell in love with BBQ when visiting Chris’s brother while he was stationed in Tennessee over 20 years ago. Chris learned the craft of smoking and barbecue and has been perfecting his recipes since then. All ur recipes are his own creations and everything is made from scratch from fresh ingredients.
