The TV show judge invested $55,000 in the Cousins Maine Lobster company created by cousins Jim Tselikis and Sabin Lomac, who sold her on the business model of food trucks serving quality lobster rolls. The franchise has generated $3.5 million in income since that initial five-figure investment, supporting a fleet of new trucks headed to CA, Texas, FL, Georgia and CT.
