Covid-19 Guidelines

COVID Guidelines as of NOVEMBER 6, 2020 - Phase 2.1

In order to keep our employees and customers safe and healthy, we will implement the following guidelines recommended by the CDC and the State of Connecticut.


We are offering limited wine tastings at this time, in a specific area with a limited number of tables. Currently for Phase 2.1, we are at 50% of capacity allowed inside, so a limited number of customers are allowed to enter for wine tastings and must safely wait their turn. 


The Tasting Room is open for wine purchases, by the bottle and glass as well as Cato Corner cheeses, gourmet crackers, charcuterie boards, and other snacks. There will not be any public indoor/inside gatherings, very limited seating is available inside. Food trucks are scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays each weekend as well as when we have a public ticketed event. 


Our patios and grounds will be open to enjoy our wines by the glass or bottle. Outdoor seating on our patio and lawn will be reduced by 50%. Seating is first-come, first-served. Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome, however, no tables, tents, and other furniture will be permitted.


  • NO OUTSIDE LIQUIDS OF ANY KIND are allowed to be brought onsite AS PER STATE LAW.

  • Eight or more guests MUST PRE-RESERVE through

  • Outdoors, there is an 8 person maximum per picnic table and 4-6 per metal cafe table.

  • Indoors, there is a 6 person maximum per table. No outside food permitted.

  • Tables and chairs CANNOT be moved.

  • Tables and chairs will be sanitized regularly.

  • Face Masks must be worn at all times inside the winery unless eating or drinking.

  • Please respect 6 foot distancing in our tasting room, common areas, and outside grounds.

  • Credit cards are the preferred payment method.

  • Restrooms are unisex and should be occupied with one customer at a time. Please respect the physical distancing rules when waiting, entering, and exiting the restroom.

  • Hand sanitizer will be available, but please feel free to bring your own.

  • The grounds will be monitored to ensure all safety guidelines are adhered to.

  • Children & leashed pups welcome (dogs outdoors only).

  • Please do not visit the winery if you are not feeling well.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not abide by the rules. 


We will continue to offer on-line wine sales, bottles to go, and curbside pick-up.
