Nose: Plum, cranberry, cherry with a light hints of sandalwood and vanilla spice.
Palate: An indulgent red wine, sweet acidity and a tart follow through. Starting with plum and cherry flavors and ending with juicy acidity and hints of candy apple.
Finish: Bright acidity with a tart cherry lingering on a dry center palate and salivation on the walls of your mouth
Foods: Grilled or roasted meats, steak, lamb chops, or braised beef dishes.
