The blending session allows you to be a winemaker for a day and take home a 750 ml. bottle of their very own crafted wines. During blending class, participants taste three different wines and learn about the grapes used in making those wines as well as their characteristics. Guests will then blend a few wines to demonstrate how these wines interact with each other.

Participants blend and Experiment by mixing them in different percentages to create there own unique blend, before they bottle, cork and label for own handcrafted wine to take home.
